NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged within one calendar
month after the publication of this notice forbidding
the same.
JOHN GODFREY, Applicant.-5 acres, part of
Section 41 of Block No. I., District of Waihopai,
being a rectangular block measuring 400 links,
next Section 152, by 1250 links in depth, and com-
mencing at a point 1166 links from the north-east
