to make the under-mentioned appointment to
the Civil Service:-

to be a Clerk in the Colonial Secretary's Office.
Appointment to date from the 1st November, 1874.

accordance with the provisions of "The Rail-
ways Regulation and Inspection Act, 1873," the

at Wellington, for the Railway mentioned in the
second column of the said Schedule, and set opposite
such name.
