NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of The Land Transfer Act,
1870, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
on or before the 26th day of December next.
WELLINGTON.—Section "111," 1 acre.—In oc-
cupation of FERDINAND CHARLES KREEFT,

NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of The Land Transfer Act,
1870, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
within one calendar month from the publication of
this notice.
THOMAS RENWICK, Applicant.—10 acres,
part of Section 161, District of Omaka, forming a
square the side of which measures 1000 links, the
northern boundary whereof is 500 links distant from
and is parallel to the northern boundary of the said
section, and the western boundary whereof is 1100
links distant from and is parallel to the western
boundary of the said section.
Also 1 rood 16 perches, part of Section 162, in
the said district; commencing at a point 400 links
west of the east boundary of the said section, which
last point is 22 chains from the north-east corner of
the same section; thence at a right angle northerly,
350 links; thence at a right angle westerly, 100 links;
and thence southerly and easterly so as to form a
