FIFTY POUNDS REWARD.
Free Pardon to an Accomplice for robbery of
Watch, &c.

Wellington, 12th November, 1874.

WHEREAS on or about Friday, the 6th instant,
a Bag containing Her Majesty's Mail, while
in course of conveyance from Wanganui to Otaki, in
the Province of Wellington, by Mail Coach, was
unlawfully opened, and, among other things, a Regis-
tered Letter, containing a Gold Watch and Hair
Guard, were stolen therefrom: This is to notify
that a Reward of Fifty Pounds will be paid to any
person or persons who shall give such information as
shall lead to the apprehension and conviction of the
person or persons who committed the robbery; or
His Excellency the Governor will grant a Free

Pardon to any person implicated in the robbery
aforesaid, except to the actual perpetrator of the
crime, who shall give such information as shall lead
to the apprehension and conviction aforesaid.
Description of Watch and Guard above referred to.
Gold Watch, open face, double case (one inside
the other), horizontal escapement No. 1885, by Bar-
raud, of Cornhill, London. Hair Guard, mounted
with Gold.

under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870
," unless caveat in the meantime be lodged for-

4 (four), 5 (five), 18 (eighteen), and 19 (nineteen),
Block VIII. (eight), in the Town of Invercargill.-

Caveat in each case must be lodged within one
calendar month after the gazetting of this notice.

Dunedin, on the 21st December, 1874, to have my
name entered in the Register of Medical Practitioners
in the Colony, and I have deposited my Diplomas for
inspection in the office of the Registrar of Dunedin,
in terms of "The Medical Practitioners Registration
