Lot to be granted under the 3rd, 4th, and 6th clauses of "The Confiscated Lands Act, 1867." The
lot herein specified is to be assured by a Grant in trust to the members of the Pahipoto and
Ngamaihi Tribes whose names are included in the Schedule attached, and may be alienable with
the consent of the Governor in Council. The right to take lines of road is reserved.
