Lot to be granted under the 3rd, 4th, and 6th clauses of "The Confiscated Lands Act, 1867." The
Lot herein specified is to be assured by a Grant in trust to the members of the Ngaitai Tribe
whose names are included in the Schedule attached. Land to be alienable with the consent of
the Governor in Council. The right of taking lines of road is reserved.
