IT is hereby notified, that Writs issued for the
election of Members of the Provincial Council
of Westland have been returned with certificates to

and John White;

For the District of Greymouth :
Herman Henry Lahman, Charles Woolcock,
and Edmund Wickes;

For the District of Paroa :

person named James Leach, who sailed from the
Cove of Cork in the "Marlborough" (date not
stated), and who joined the Auckland Militia in
1864, and who is also stated to have been engaged
on board the "Novelty" or "Kate," any one who
can give any information respecting him is requested
to communicate with this office.
