THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

PERRY, of Taratahi, and AUGUSTUS CAVE, of
Te Oreore, Executors under the Will of Joseph
Masters, deceased, late of Masterton, have applied to
be registered as Proprietors of Section No. "12,"
Taueru Block, containing 651 acres, more or less;
and also of Block No. 131N, known as Tarunaruna,
containing 31 acres 3 roods 8 perches.
And notice is hereby further given, that the said
Applicants will be registered accordingly, unless
caveat forbidding such registration be lodged at this
office on or before the seventeenth day of April next.
Diagrams of the land referred to may be seen at
this office.

OTICE is hereby given, that a General Meeting
of "The Otago Meat Preserving Company,
Limited," will be held at the Offices of Messrs. Webb
and Fulton, Dunedin, on Friday, 13th November
proximo, at 3 p.m., when the following Resolution
will be submitted for confirmation:--"That the
Company be voluntarily wound-up under the pro-
visions of 'The Joint Stock Companies Act, 1860.'"
Immediately subsequently to the above, a Special
General Meeting of the Company will be held to
receive the Liquidators' Accounts, and declare the
affairs of the Company wound-up.
