NOTICE is hereby given, that the parcel of land
hereinafter described will be brought under
the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870,"
unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within
one calendar month from date of gazetting this
notice.

THE Partnership hitherto existing between Thomas
McMullen Dargaville, of Auckland, New Zealand,
trading under the name of "Must and Company,"
Auckland, is this day dissolved by effluxion of time.
The business in future will be carried on in his
own name by Mr. J. M. Dargaville, who will receive
and pay all debts due to and by the late firm.
