the admeasurements required for the same, and
the lands through which the same passes, together
with the names of the owners and occupiers thereof,
so far as known, are respectively shown and de-
lineated on a certain plan marked A. 321, and
which said road is also described in a certain Procla-
mation made under the said Act, and published in
the same Gazette as that in which this notice
appears:
FIRST SCHEDULE.
Portion of Tauranga and Tapapa Road.
COMMENCING at Judea, at the junction with the
Tauranga and Kati Kati Road, and proceeding thence
in a generally southerly direction for a distance of
about $7\frac{1}{2}$ miles, more or less, to Lot numbered 155 in
the Parish of Te Papa. The above described road
not to be less than one chain wide.
The said plan, marked A. 321, is deposited and
may be seen and inspected at the office of the Public
Works Department at Tauranga, in the Province of
Auckland aforesaid.
And notice is hereby further given, that all or any
person or persons affected by the making of the said
portion of the Tauranga and Tapapa Road, are
required to set forth in writing, addressed to the
Governor, and left at the office of the said Public
Works Department at Tauranga aforesaid, within
forty days from the first publication hereof, any
well-grounded objection he or they may have to
the said line of road.
Dated this eleventh day of August, 1874.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
Portion of Tauranga and Kati Kati Road.
COMMENCING at that part of the left bank of the
Aongatete River which adjoins Lot No. 33 in the
Parish of Te Mania, and proceeding thence in a
generally westerly direction for a distance of about
2 miles, more or less, thence in a generally northerly
direction for a distance of about $11\frac{1}{2}$ miles, more or
less, and thence in a generally easterly direction for
a distance of about $2\frac{1}{2}$ miles, more or less, to the
Waiawa River, near its junction with the Kati Kati
Harbour, in the Parish of Kati Kati. The above
described road not to be less than one chain wide.
Notice of the intention of the Governor to make a
portion of the Tauranga and Kati Kati Road.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the Governor of
New Zealand having, under the powers in him
vested by "The Immigration and Public Works Act,
1870," and the Acts amending the same, and of all
other powers enabling him in that behalf, deemed it
expedient to open and make a portion of the line of
road commonly known as or called the Tauranga and
Kati Kati Road, in the Province of Auckland, which
road is, in the opinion of the Governor and the
Executive Council of the Colony, not a road to be
constructed by the Superintendent and the Provin-
cial Council of said Province, and the course and
bearings of which said road, the admeasurements
required for the same, and the lands through which
the same passes, together with the names of the
owners and occupiers thereof, so far as known; are
respectively shown and delineated on a certain plan
marked A. 383, and which said road is also described
in a certain Proclamation made under the said Act,
and published in the same Gazette as that in which
this notice appears:

THIRD SCHEDULE.
Opotiki Table Land Road.
COMMENCING in the Township of Opotiki, at the
Street forming the boundary line between the Civil
and Military Townships, and proceeding thence in a
generally southerly direction for a distance of about
66 chains, more or less, thence in a generally
easterly direction for a distance of about 60
more or less, and thence in a north-easterly direction
for a distance of about 102 chains, more or less, to
the public road adjoining Lot 206 in the Parish of
Waioeka, Cook's County. The above described road,
as far as it runs through the Military Township, to
be not less than $1\frac{1}{2}$ chains wide, the other parts to be
not less than one chain wide.
Notice of the intention of the Governor to make the
Opotiki Table Land Road.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the Governor of
New Zealand having, under the powers in him

Right Honorable Sir James Fergusson,
Baronet, a Member of Her Majesty's
Most Honorable Privy Council, Governor
and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her
Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its
Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the
same; and issued under the Seal of the
said Colony, at Wellington, this eleventh
day of August, in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and
seventy-four.
