heretofore existing between us, the under-
signed, under the name or firm of "Hooper and
Co.," of Auckland, Brewers, has been dissolved; and
that the business of the said firm will be carried on
by the undersigned, Henry Mahon Jervis, under the
said same name or firm, and the said Henry Mahon
Jervis will receive all debts due to, and pay all debts
due from, the said firm.

INCREASE OF CAPITAL.
NOTICE is hereby given, that at an Extraordinary
Meeting of the Company, held on the 20th
day of July, 1874, in the Company's office, Revell Street,
Hokitika, it was resolved that the capital of the
Company should be increased by the issue of two
hundred (200) one pound shares.
