TENDERS are invited for the General Repairs to
all Public Buildings in Wellington, Cleaning
Windows, attending to Gas, Hot-water Apparatus at
the Houses of Parliament, &c., for six months com-
mencing 1st July and ending 31st December, 1874.
General conditions, specifications, and drawings
may be seen at the Offices of the Colonial Architect,
Wellington.
Tenders addressed to the Hon. the Minister for
Public Works, and marked outside "Tender for
General Repairs, &c." will be received at the office
of the undersigned up to 4 o'clock of Monday, the
22nd day of June, 1874.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
