in the pound (seven shillings and sixpence in the pound already
paid) to all Creditors proved and not paid in the above-
named Company, payable on and after the 9th day of June
next ; and I hereby declare the said Company to be fully
wound up and extinct, in accordance with the conditions of
the 10th and 11th clauses of "The Limited Liability Companies
Winding-up Act Amendment Act, 1871."
