DUNEDIN WATERWORKS COMPANY'S ADDITIONAL
BORROWING ACT, 1874.

NOTICE is hereby given, that a Bill enabling the
Dunedin Waterworks Company to borrow a
sum of £50,000 upon Mortgage, Bond, or Debenture,
will be introduced at the next Session of the General
Assembly of New Zealand.

And notice is hereby further given, that copies of
the said Bill will, within fourteen days, be lodged and
open for inspection in the office of the Honorable the
Colonial Secretary at Wellington, in the office of the
Commissioner of Crown Lands in Dunedin, and the
Private Bill Office, Wellington aforesaid.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
hitherto subsisting between me the under-
signed, and Alfred Edward Williams, under the style
or firm of "Williams Brothers," has this day been
dissolved.

I, FRANCIS MCBEAN STEWART, residing in
Tokomairiro, in the said Province, having
Diplomas in Medicine, Surgery, and Midwifery from
the Royal College of Physicians and the Royal Col-
lege of Surgeons, Edinburgh, and a Diploma from the
late Sir James Y. Simpson, Bart., Professor of Mid-
wifery in the University of Edinburgh, do hereby give
notice that I intend to apply to you on the first day
of July to have my name placed on the Register of
Medical Practitioners in the Colony of New Zealand;
and I have deposited my Diplomas along with this in
your office, Dunedin, for public inspection, in terms
of "The Medical Practitioners Registration Act,
1869."
