NOTICE is hereby given, that at the expiration of
fourteen days after the publication of this
notice, I shall issue a Provisional Certificate to
ROBERT GILLING, of Christchurch, Chairmaker,
of part of Lot 81, Christchurch Town Reserves, as
described in the Register Book, Vol. I., folio 85, in
lieu of the original Certificate, which has been lost.

Joint Stock Companies for the Province of
Otago, do hereby certify that I have registered a
Memorandum of Association, with Articles of Asso-
ciation annexed, establishing a Company with limited
liability of the shareholders therein, intituled
"The Mount Ida Pastoral Investment Company,
Limited;"
the objects for which the said Company is established
being "The purchasing of one or more Runs or
Stations and Stock in the Province of Otago afore-
said, or in such other place or places as the Com-
pany may from time to time determine, and the
carrying on of the business of Runholders and Sheep
Farmers on such Runs or Stations as aforesaid."

"The Joint Stock Companies Act, 1860," I have
issued a Certificate of Incorporation of the said
Company, bearing date the thirtieth day of April,
