NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
heretofore subsisting between the undersigned
Arthur John Pyne and Arthur Pyne O'Callaghan,
as Farmers, carrying on business at Lincoln, in the
Province of Canterbury, under the style of "Pyne
and Company," has been this day dissolved by mutual
consent, so far as concerns the said Arthur John
Pyne. The business will henceforth be carried on by
Arthur Pyne O'Callaghan. All accounts due from
the late firm of Pyne and Company to be sent in
within one month from date.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Copartnership
heretofore existing between the undersigned
as Sheep Farmers at the Ngawhakatatara Station,
under the style of "Douglas and Hill," has been dis-
solved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of
December last. All moneys due to the said Copart-
nership must be paid to, and all accounts due from
the same will be settled by, the said William Douglas.
