NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat in the meantime be lodged
forbidding the same.
Allotments 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 20,
21, 22, and 23 of the township known as Barwheys
Estate (part of Section 2, Block I., Invercargill,
Hundred).-Applicant, ANDREW MACDONALD,
of Waikiwi, Schoolmaster.
Caveat must be lodged within one calendar month
after the gazetting of this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given, that CHARLES DIXON,
of Masterton, Farmer, and WILLIAM TUS-
TIN, of Wellington, Painter, Executors and Trustees
claiming under the Will of George Dixon, deceased,
late of Wellington, Licensed Victualler, have applied
to be registered as proprietors of a piece of land
situate in the City of Wellington, containing 1 rood
1 perch, more or less, being part of the Town Section
No. 625.

And notice is hereby further given, that the said
Applicants will be 'registered accordingly, unless
caveat forbidding such registration be lodged at this
office on or before the 7th day of November next.
A diagram of the land referred to may be seen at
this office.

City of London, Merchant, by his Attorney Sir
David Monro, Applicant.-1 rood and 27 perches,
being part of Section 153 on the plan of the District
of Motueka. Bounded-North, partly by a public
road (66 feet), and partly by other part of same
section (99 feet); South (165 feet) and East (135
feet), by other parts of same section; and West,
partly (40 feet) by other part of same section, and
partly (95 feet) by a public road.
The said DAVID SCLANDERS, by his said
Attorney, Sir David Monro, Applicant.-21 acres
1 rood, being part of Section 170 on the plan of the
District of Motueka. Bounded-North (1900 links)
by Section 169 on the said plan; South, partly (800
links) by a public road, and partly (800 links) by other
part of same section; East by a public road; and
West, partly (800 links) by other part of same section,
and partly (800 links) by Section 175 on the said
plan.
