LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat in the meantime be lodged
forbidding the same.

Allotments 44, 45, 46, and 47, of the Township
known as Barwheys Estate (part of Section 2, Block
I., Invercargill Hundred). -Applicant, WILLIAM
DUNN, of Barwheys aforesaid, Platelayer.

Caveat must be lodged within one calendar month
after the gazetting of this notice.

Diagrams may be inspected at this office.

Dated this 9th day of April, 1874, at the Lands
Registry Office, Invercargill.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat in the meantime be lodged
forbidding the same.

JAMES KNAPP, of the District of Waimea South,
Farmer, Applicant.-16 acres 2 roods 26 perches,
being part of Section "26" on the plan of the said
district. Bounded-Northward (1150 links) by
Section 24 on said plan; Eastward (1500 links) by
Section 25 on said plan; Southward (1150 links) by

a public road; Westward (1500 links) by other part

Mrs. MARY CLOUSTON, the Wife of Henry
Clouston, of the City of Nelson, Master Mariner,
Applicant.-27 acres 2 roods 16 perches, being Sec-
tions numbered respectively "188, 189, 375, 377, 389,
390, 391, 392, and parts of 190 and 191," on the plan
of the said city; Sections "5, 6, and 7 of Block B,"
on the plan of the District of Wakatu, and a piece
of land adjoining, not numbered, the whole being in
one block.

GEORGE FLEMING, of the City of Nelson,
Upholsterer, Applicant. -10 perches, being part of
Section "592" on the plan of the said city, having a
frontage of 40 feet to Brook Street, commencing at a
point measured 420 feet from the north-east angle of
the said section, and extending backwards at right
angies to the stream called "The Brook." Also 8
perches, being part of Section "439" on the plan of the
said city. Bounded-North, partly (21 feet) by Hardy
Street, commencing at a point measured 189 feet
from the angle formed at the corner of Hardy and
Collingwood Streets, partly (25 feet) by other part
of the same section, the property of Mr. Henry
Edwards; East, partly (86 feet) by said land belong-
ing to the said Henry Edwards, partly (8 feet) by
Hope Street; South (46 feet), West (94 feet), by
other parts of same section. Also 2 acres, being
Sections "1051 and 1052" on the plan of the said
city. Also 4 acres, being part of Suburban Section
"2 of Block D," on the plan of the District of
Wakatu. Bounded-North by Suburban Section 1
of Block D; Eastward by Crown land; South-
ward by other part of said Section "2 of Block D;"
