Public Vaccinator appointed.

IT is hereby notified for public information, that,
under the provisions of "The Public Health
Act, 1872," His Excellency the Governor has been
pleased to appoint the under-mentioned gentleman to
be a Public Vaccinator, to perform gratuitous vacci-
nation in accordance with the provisions of the said
Act, and any Regulations made or to be made there-
under, for the districts mentioned in the Schedule
hereto, and set opposite his name therein.

IT is hereby notified, that the principal moneys
secured by the Debentures issued under the
Ordinance above cited and falling due on the 1st
July, 1874, will be paid on presentation of the
Bonds on or after that date at the Bank of New
Zealand, London; or at the Provincial Treasury,
Dunedin, whichsoever was the place at which the
last payment of interest on the respective Bonds
was paid, viz.,—
At the Bank of New Zealand, London, Bonds
Nos. 400 to 509, 579 to 598, 629 to 828, 848 to 849,
871 to 987, 990 to 999.
At Provincial Treasury, Dunedin, 599 to 610, 619
to 628, 829 to 838, 1000 to 1029.
