NOTICE.

"PROVINCIAL COMPULSORY LANDS TAKING ACT,
1866."

NOTICE is hereby given, that it is intended to
introduce a Bill into the Provincial Council of
the Province of Otago, at its next Session, authorizing
the Superintendent of the Province of Otago to take
compulsorily, for the purpose of making a road in
the District of Waitahuna West, parts of Sections
numbered respectively one (1), two (2), three (3),
and four (4), Block six (VI.), Waitahuna West Dis-
trict. And notice is hereby further given, that a
copy of the Bill so intended to be introduced as
aforesaid may be inspected at the Office of the
Clerk of the Provincial Council, on and after the
twentieth day of April next.

eight hundred and seventy-four.

next.

Limited, be wound up voluntarily," was duly confirmed,
