  1. SOUTH MATAURA DISTRICT
    Bounded on the North by Mataura District; on
    the East by the Kaiwera and a line to Cairn Peak,
    and a line from thence through Chimney Peak due
    south to the boundary of Run 162, thence by the
    watershed to Blackhorn, thence by a line to Chas-
    land's Mistake; on the South by the sea; and on
    the West by the Mataura.

  2. ONE-TREE POINT DISTRICT.
    Bounded on the North by the north boundary
    of Blocks VII. and VIII., I. and II., and VII.,
    Oteramika Hundred, on the East by the Mataura;
    on the South by the sea; and on the West by the
    west boundary of the Oteramika Road District.

  3. LOTHIAN DISTRICT.
    Bounded on the North by the Mabel and
    Waimumu Districts; on the East by the Mataura;
    and on the South and West by the One-Tree Point
    and Myross Districts.

  4. MYROSS DISTRICT.
    Bounded on the North by the Makarewa; on the
    West by the west boundary of Sections 59, 50, 49,
    and Bush Reserve, Block X., Sections 25, 13, and 12,
    Block IX., and Section 1, Block IX., Sections 34,21,
    and 6, Block IV., Invercargill Hundred; on the
    South by the Waihopai and the north boundary of
    Blocks VII. and VIII., Invercargill Hundred; and on
    the East and North-east by the east and north-east
    boundaries of the Invercargill Hundred.

  5. MABEL DISTRICT.
    Bounded on the North-west by the Makarewa; on
    the North by the north boundary of Block I., Forest
    Hill and the Hedgehope; on the East by the east
    boundary of the Forest Hill and Mabel Hundreds;
    on the Sonth by the road from Invercargill to
    Dunedin; and on the South-west by the north-east
    boundary of the Invercargill Hundred.

  6. WAIMUMU DISTRICT.
    Bounded on the West by the Forest Hill Hundred
    and the Mabel Hundred; on the South by the
    Dunedin Road and the north boundary of Block
    XXXV., and Sections 9, 11, 12, and 14, Block III.,
    Lothian Hundred, the north boundary of Mataura
    Hundred, the north boundary of Block LVII.; on
    the East by the Mataura and the west boundary of
    Run 116; on the North by the north boundary of
    the Waimumu Hundred.

  7. TARINGATURA DISTRICT.
    Bounded on the North by a line due west from
    the junction of the Paikerewao with the Mataura till
    it cuts the bush, thence by the north-east face of the
    bush to the north-west boundary of the late Province
    of Southland; on the North-west and North by the
    north-west and north boundary of the said late Pro-
    vince; on the West by the west boundary of Runs
    188 and 198; on the South by the north
    boundary of the hundreds; and on the East by the
    Mataura River.

  8. WAKATIPU DISTRICT.
    Bounded on the North-west by the boundary of
    the late Province of Southland; on the North-east
    and East by the Mataura; and on the South by the
    Taringatura District.

  9. TE ANAU DISTRICT.
    Bounded on the North by the north boundary of
    the late Province of Southland; on the West by the
    Waiau; on the South by the Waiau District; and
    on the East by Runs 188, 198, and 187.

  10. WAIKU DISTRICT.1
    Bounded on the West by the Waiau; on the
    South by Aparima Hundred and Longwood District;
    on the East by the Aparima River; and on the
    North by the Waiau River from the most northern
    corner of Run No. 413 to its junction with the Wai-
    cooe Creek, thence by that creek to its source,
    thence by a line to the most northerly source of the
    Wairaki River; thence by that river to the western
    boundary of Run No. 187, thence by that boundary
    to the Aparima River, and thence by that river to its
    junction with the Braxtonburn.

  11. MOUNT PLEASANT DISTRICT.
    Bounded on the North by a due east and west
    line (true bearing) on transit with Trigonometrical
    Station V. on Woody Knoll; on the East by the
    Aparima River; on the South by part of the Jacob's
    River Hundred; on the West by a due North and
    South line (true bearing), in transit with the top of
    Ferndunlaw Hill.

  12. OREPUKI DISTRICT.
    Bounded on the North by an east and west line
    from Ferndunlaw to the Waiau; on the West by the
    Waiau; on the South-west and South by the sea;
    and on the East by Jacob's River Hundred.

  13. LONGWOOD DISTRICT.
    Bounded on the North by an east and west line
    north of the bend of the river in Section 46, Block
    III., Jacob's River Hundred; on the West by the
    west boundary of the Jacob's River Hundred; on
    the South by the sea; and on the North and East by
    the sea, Jacob's River Estuary, and the Pourapoura-
    kino River.

  14. JACOB'S RIVER DISTRICT.
    Bounded on the North by the north boundary of
    the hundred; on the East by the Jacob's River; on
    the South and South-west by the estuary and the
    Longwood District; on the West by the west
    boundary of the Jacob's River Hundred.

  15. TOWN OF RIVERTON DISTRICT.
    Bounded towards the North-east by Block VI.,
    Jacob's River Survey District; towards the South-
    east by the Maori Reserve; and towards the West
    by Jacob's River Estuary.

  16. SOUTH RIVERTON TOWN DISTRICT.
    Bounded on the North and East by the sea and
    Jacob's River Estuary; on the South and East by
    the south-eastern boundary of Section 3, Block II.,
    Jacob's River Hundred; on the South and West
    by the south-western boundary of Sections 9 and
    13, Block II., and 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, Block I., Jacob's
    River Hundred; and on the North-west by the
    north-western boundary of Section 7, Block I.,
    Jacob's River Hundred aforesaid.

  17. WAIMATUKU DISTRICT.
    Bounded on the West by the Jacob's River; on
    the East by the east boundary of the Jacob's River
    Hundred; and on the South by the sea.

  18. NEW RIVER DISTRICT.
    Bounded on the North by north boundary of New
    River Hundred; on the East by the Oreti; on the
    West by the Waimatuku; and on the South by a
    due west line from the junction of the Oriti and
    Makarewa to the ocean beach.

  19. HEDDON BUSH DISTRICT.
    Bounded on the North by a due east and west
    line (true bearing) in transit with Trigonometrical
    Station V., on Woody Knoll; on the East by the
