Delegation of Governor's Powers to Superintendent
of Nelson.

IT is hereby notified, that the Governor has
delegated to His Honor the Superintendent of
the Province of Nelson, within the Province, His
Excellency's powers under "The Prisoners Removal
Act, 1865."
