LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels of
land hereinafter described will be brought under
the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870,"
unless caveat in the meantime be lodged forbidding
the same.

Section No. 7, in the Village of Tua Marina, in
the Province of Marlborough, containing three roods,
or thereabouts. Bounded-on the North-east by
Thompson Street; on the South-east by Section No.
6; on the South by the Tua Marina River; and on the
North-west by Section No. 8.—HENRY TOZER,
of Tua Marina, Publican, Applicant.

Allotments 39 and 71, adjoining each other, on the
plan of the subdivision into allotments of parts of
Sections 47 and 48 in the Opawa District. Bounded
-towards the North by a road or way reserved
out of said subdivision, 415 links; towards the
South by Allotments 38 and 77, 387 links; towards
the East by Grove Road, 100 links; and towards the
West by a Government road, 104 links. The Rev.
Mr. KIRK, of St. Albans, near Christchurch, in the
Province of Canterbury, Applicant.

Caveat in each case may be lodged within one
month from the date of publication of this notice in
the Gazette.

Diagrams may be inspected at this office.

Dated this 6th day of February, 1873, at the
Lands Registry Office, Blenheim.

belltown Hundred, Province of Otago. Applicant,
THOMAS REID, of Hokanui, in the said Province,
Contractor.

Sections 1 (one) and 2 (two), Block LXVII.
(sixty-seven), Town of Invercargill. - Applicant,
JAMES ALEXANDER ROBERTSON MENZIES,
of Dunalister, in the Province of Otago, Runholder.

Caveat in each case must be lodged within one
calendar month after the gazetting of this notice.

Diagrams may be inspected at this office.
