LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels of
land hereinafter described will be brought under
the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870,"
unless caveat in the meantime be lodged forbidding
the same.

Sections 331, 332, 333, 334, 371, 372, 373, and 374,
adjoining each other in the Town of Blenheim, con-
taining in the aggregate 2 acres, or thereabouts.
Bounded—on the North by Arthur Street, 500 links;
on the East by Seymour Street, 400 links; on the
South by George Street, 500 links; and on the West
by Henry Street, 400 links. — ARCHIBALD
PAISLEY STUART, of Wellington, Merchant,
Applicant.

Part of Section 80, in the Town of Blenheim, con-
taining 30 perches, or thereabouts. Bounded—on
the North by part of Section 80, 93 feet 4 inches; on
the North-east by York Terrace, 61 feet 7 inches; on
the South by Alfred Street, 132 feet; and on the
West by part of Section 79, 48 feet.—JOSEPH
TAYLOR, junr., JOHN EMERSON, and JAMES
GORRIE, all of Blenheim, Applicants.

Caveat in each case may be lodged within one
month from the date of publication of this notice in
the Gazette.

Diagrams may be inspected at this office.

DERS OTTERSON, of Nelson, Gentlemen, Appli-
cants.—1 rood 16 perches, part of Section 449 on the
plan of the City of Nelson. Bounded—North (104
feet) by Hardy Street; East and South by other
parts of same section; West (48 feet) by Waimea
Street, and (97 feet) by other part of same section.

THOMAS RICHES HODDER, and GEORGE
TALBOT, of Richmond, Nelson, Gentlemen, formerly
trading there as Storekeepers, under the firm of
Hodder and Talbot, Applicants.—156 acres, being
Rural Sections 32 and 33 on the plan of the District
of Ngatimoti.

Also, 2 roods, part of Rural Section 40 on the plan
of the District of Waimea South. Bounded—North-
ward (150 feet 6 inches) by other part of same
section; Eastward (144 feet 8 inches) by a public
road; Southward (150 feet 6 inches) and Westward
(144 feet 8 inches) by other parts of same section.

Also, 6 acres 2 roods 17 perches, being Allotments

City of Nelson, Esquire, deceased, Applicants.—1
rood 15 perches, part of Section 41 on the plan of
said city, having a frontage to Russell Street of 65
feet, commencing at a point measured 230 feet from
the south-east angle of the said street, and extending
back at right angles with the front 231 feet. Bounded
—North, South, and West, by other parts of same

ALFRED GEORGE JENKINS, of Suburban
South, Nelson, Gentleman, Applicant.—18 perches,
part of Section 445 on the plan of the City of Nelson,
having a frontage to Trafalgar Street North of 27
feet. Commencing at a point measured 97 feet from
the south-east corner of the said section, and extend-
ing back at right angles with the front thereof to a
private road 95 feet.

And 9 perches, other part of same section, having a
frontage to Trafalgar Street North of 54 feet. Com-
mencing at a point measured 81 feet from the north-
east angle of the same section, and extending in depth
with the front thereof to a private road 95 feet.

on the plan of the said District. Bounded—North-

other moiety of same section; Westward (1500
links) by Section 135.

EXECUTORS of JOHN POYNTER, late of the
City of Nelson, Esquire, deceased, Applicants.—27
perches, parts of Sections 110 and 111 on the plan
of the said city, having a frontage to Russell Street.
Commencing at a point measured 100 feet from the
southernmost angle of the said section at the junction
of Russell Street and Washington Road. Bounded—
North-east (125 feet), North-west (60 feet), South-
west (125 feet), by other parts of same sections;
South-east (60 feet), by Russell Street.

WILLIAM BYERS SEALY, of the City of
Nelson, Surgeon, Applicant.—1 acre, being Section
429 on the plan of the said City.

bidding the same.

HENRY ASHER DAVIS.—50 acres, part of
Section 10877, Waipara District. Commencing at
the south-eastern corner of said section, extending
thence north-westerly along the north-eastern boun-
dary thereof, 3330 links; thence at a right angle 18
chains to the south-western boundary thereof; thence
at a right angle south-easterly, and having a frontage
to a road, 75 links wide, reserved through said
section and Section 10876, a distance of 2021 links
to the south-eastern boundary of said section, and
thence returning along said boundary to the com-
mencing point.

CHARLES WESLEY TURNER.—7 acres 3
roods, part of Section 105, Christchurch District. Com-
mencing at a point on the Papanui Road, or eastern
boundary of said section, 10 chains 93 links from
the northernmost corner of said section, measured
along the said boundary; thence at right angles to
the said eastern boundary, 8 chains; thence at right
