NOTICE UNDER "LAND TRANSFER ACT, 1870."

NOTICE is hereby given, that application has been
made by SAMUEL EVINSON, of Auckland,
in the Colony of New Zealand, Publican, to be
registered as Proprietor of an estate of inheritance
in fee-simple by purchase from Sarah James, of
Auckland, Widow, as devisee under the Will of
Alfred James, late of Auckland aforesaid, Waterman,
deceased, in part of Allotment 21, Section 4, Town
of Auckland; and that the applicant will be so
registered unless caveat forbidding the same be
lodged within six calendar months from the date
hereof. A diagram of the land may be inspected at
this office.
