that an increase in the Capital of the above-
named Company was, on the 25th day of August,
1873, resolved on.

The mode adopted for the increase is by issuing
1,000 (one thousand) new shares, with a liability of
8s. 3d. (eight shillings and three pence sterling) each,
in addition to the 3,200 (three thousand two hundred)
shares, now existing in the Company, consisting of
3,072 with a like liability per share, and 128 paid up.
