in writing, under their hands and seals, particularly
describing and ascertaining the nature of the said
Invention, and in what manner the same is to be
performed; and that by reason of such deposit the
said Invention is protected and secured to them
exclusively for the term of six calendar months
thence next ensuing.
And I do further notify, that the said James
Crawford and Henry Turner have given notice in
writing, at my office, of their intention to proceed
with their application for Letters Patent for the
said Invention, and that I have appointed Friday,
the nineteenth day of December next, at eleven
o'clock in the forenoon, at my office, to hear and
consider the said application and all objections
thereto; and I do hereby require all persons having
an interest in opposing the grant of such Letters
Patent to leave, on or before the fifteenth day of
December, at my office in Wellington, particulars in
writing of their objections to the said application,
otherwise they will be precluded from urging the
same.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register "The Invicta Gold Mining Company"
as a Limited Company, under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Act, 1872."
- The name of the Company is to be "The Invicta Gold
Mining Company, Limited." - The place of operations is at Preece's Point, Coromandel,
Province of Auckland. - The registered office of the Company will be at Coro-
mandel. - The nominal capital of the Company is £9,000, in 9,000
shares of £1 each. - The number of shares subscribed for is 9,000, being not
less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in the
Company. - The number of paid-up shares is 1,500.
- The amount already paid up is £5,250, being £1 per
share on 1,500 paid-up shares, and 10s. per share on balance of
7,500 shares. - The Manager's name is Thomas Douglas.
