THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

Memorandum of Association establishing a Company,
with limited liability of the Shareholders therein,
entitled
"The United Landing and Shipping Company,
Limited;"
the objects for which the said Company is established
being the Landing and Shipping of Passengers and
Goods at the Port of Oamaru, and the doing all such
things as are incidental or conducive to the attain-
ment of the above objects.
And I hereby further notify, that, in pursuance of
"The Joint Stock Companies Act, 1860," I have
issued a Certificate of Incorporation of the said
Company, bearing date the 7th day of August, 1873.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
NELSON DISTRICT.

PURSUANT to a decree of this Honorable Court
made in a cause Roderick McRae and another
v. Stephen Lunn Moffitt, an infant, the persons
claiming debts or liabilities affecting the estate of
Charles Henry Moffitt, late of Blenheim, Solicitor,
deceased, who died on the 6th day of May, 1868, are
by their Solicitors, on or before the 19th day of Sep-
tember next, to come in and prove their debts at my
Office in the Town of Blenheim, or in default thereof
they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit
of such decree.

Saturday, the 20th day of September next, at 10
o'clock in the forenoon, at the same Office, is appointed
for hearing and adjudicating upon the claims.
