LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat in the meantime be lodged for-
bidding the same.

Six perches, part of Section numbered 104, situated
in the Town of Havelock. Bounded--on the North-
eastward by Union Street, 20 feet; on the South-
eastward by Section 103, 80 feet; on the South-
westward by other part of the said Section numbered
104, 20 feet; and on the North-westward also by
other part of the said Section 104, 80 feet.-William

Two perches, being part of Section numbered 60
on the plan of the District of Pelorus, now laid out
and known as the Town of Wakamarina, which said
piece of land is part of Lot 21 of Block A on the plan
of the said town, and has a frontage to the Waka-
marina Road, in the said town, of 14 feet 6 inches,
measuring southwards from the north-western corner
of the said Lot 21, and is bounded on the North, 64
feet, by Lot 20 of said Block A; on the West, 14 feet
6 inches, by Wakamarina Road aforesaid; and the
southern boundary commences at the southernmost
point of the said frontage, and extends back into the
said Lot 21 24 feet, to a point 24 feet distant from
the said northern boundary; and thence by a right
line 54 feet to the north-eastern corner of the said
Lot 21, joining the said northern boundary.-William

All that parcel of land containing by admeasure-
ment 18 acres, more or less, situate in the District of
Kaituna, in the Province of Marlborough, and being
part of Section No. 15 of Block I. in the said district.
Bounded-towards the North-east, 900 links, by other
part of said Section 15; towards the South-east, 2000
links, by other part of said Section 15, 1 chain wide,
now used as a public road; towards the South-west,
900 links, by a public road 1 chain wide; and towards
the North-west, 2000 links, by Section 76, Kaituna.

Also, all that parcel of land containing by ad-
measurement 20 acres, more or less, situate in the
District of Kaituna, in the Province of Marlborough,
and being part of Section No. 15 of Block I. in the
said district. Bounded-towards the North-east,
1000 links, by other part of said Section 15; towards
the South-east, 2000 links, partly by a public road
1 chain wide, and partly by Section No. 44 District of
North Bank of Wairau; towards the South-west,
1000 links, by a public road 1 chain wide; and towards
the North-west, 2000 links, by other part of said
Section 15, 1 chain wide, now used as a public road.

Also, all that parcel of land, containing by ad-
measurement 9 acres, more or less, situate in the Dis-
trict of Kaituna, in the Province of Marlborough, and
being part of Section No. 15 of Block I. in the said
district. Bounded-towards the North-east, 900
links, by other part of said Section 15; towards the
South-east, 1000 links, also by other part of said
Section, 1 chain wide, now used as a public road;
towards the North-west, 1000 links, by Section No.
76, Kaituna; and towards the South-west, 900 links,
by other part of said Section 15 of Block I.--Alfred

Caveat in each case must be lodged not later than
the 22nd day of September next.
