NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat in the meantime be lodged for-
bidding the same.

Part of Section 63 (sixty-three), Block VI.
(six), Oteramika Hundred.-Applicant, THOMAS
AUGUSTUS FORBES LEITH DAWSON, of
Oteramika Hundred aforesaid, in the Province of
Otago, Farmer.

Dissolution of Partnership.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Copartnership
lately existing between the undersigned John
Stuart and Edward Putford, as Merchants and Store-
keepers on the Eastern Spit, Napier, in the Province
of Hawke's Bay, under the firm of "Stuart and
Company," expired by effluxion of time on the first
day of November last.

The business will in future be carried on by Mr.
John Stuart alone, under the style of "Stuart and
Company."
