In the matter of "The Mining Companies Limited
Liability Act, 1865;" and in the matter of "The
Green Harp Gold Mining Company, Registered."
WE, John Peter Du Moulin, of Auckland, in the
Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand,
Sharebroker; and William Baker, of Auckland, afore-
said, Accountant, two of the shareholders of "The
Green Harp Gold Mining Company, Registered,"
incorporated under "The Mining Companies Limited
Liability Act, 1865," do hereby make oath and
say:-
- That the nominal capital of the said Company
is ten thousand pounds, in five thousand shares of
two pounds each. - That the shares have been fully paid up.
- That the Company has no assets and has ceased
to carry on its operations, and we, the said John
Peter Du Moulin and William Baker, do hereby
apply for declaration of dissolution of such Company.

AN Extraordinary General Meeting of the
Shareholders of the above Company, held on
Thursday, 5th June ultimo, the following Special
Resolution was carried unanimously, viz.: "That
the Company be wound-up voluntarily, under clause
107 of The Joint Stock Companies Act, 1860;"
and such Resolution has since been confirmed at a
meeting of the said Company, held 10th July instant.
