of creditors not having attended the meeting
on Monday, 24th March, 1873, Mr. C. H. W.
Bowen, Provisional Trustee, became Trustee; and
further, Thursday, the 24th day of April, 1873, at
ten o'clock forenoon, at the Court House, Westport,
has been appointed for the bankrupt to pass his final
examination and apply for an order of discharge.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the co-partnership
existing between the undersigned William
Barnard Rhodes and Alfred Chapman, as sheep-
farmers, and carried on at the Edenham Station, in
the Mangakuri District, in the Province of Hawke's
Bay, was this day dissolved by mutual consent, as
from the date hereof.

Nathan, who will discharge all liabilities of the said
