NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels of
land hereinafter described will be brought under
the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870,"
unless caveat in the meantime be lodged forbidding
the same.

ALFRED PARMENTER, of the City of Nelson,
Cabinet Maker, Applicant.-16 perches, being part
of Section "490" on the plan of the City of Nelson,
having a frontage of 30 feet to Collingwood Street;
commencing at a point measured 30 feet from the
north-western angle of the same section. Bounded
-Northward and Southward by other parts of same
section; Eastward by Section 495 ; Westward by

with the front 90 feet. Bounded-North and East
by other parts of same section; South (90 feet) by

calendar month from the date of publication of this
notice in the Gazette.

perches, parts of Rural Sections 238 and 239, Christ-
church District; commencing at a point on the
South Christchurch Road distant 101 links south-
easterly from the south-western corner of latter
section; thence in a line at an angle of 127° 30'
north-easterly, 467 links; thence at an angle of
102° 30' south-easterly to a creek running through
the section, 447 links; thence south-easterly along
said creek to a point distant 720 links due east from
said road; thence in a line at right angles to the
road south-westerly, 720 links; and thence at right
angies north-westerly along said road to the com-
