DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the co-partnership
existing between the undersigned William
Barnard Rhodes and Alfred Chapman, as sheep-
farmers, and carried on at the Edenham Station, in
the Mangakuri District, in the Province of Hawke's
Bay, was this day dissolved by mutual consent, as
from the date hereof.
As witness our hands this 10th day of June, 1873.

NOTICE is hereby given, that we, the undersigned,
Jacob Joseph and Joseph Edward Nathan,
carrying on business as Merchants under the style
of "Jacob Joseph and Company," have this day dis-
solved partnership by mutual consent.
All debts due to the late firm of Jacob Joseph and
Company will be received by the said Joseph Edward
Nathan, who will discharge all liabilities of the said
firm.
