DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the co-partnership
existing between the undersigned William
Barnard Rhodes and Alfred Chapman, as sheep-
farmers, and carried on at the Edenham Station, in
the Mangakuri District, in the Province of Hawke's
Bay, was this day dissolved by mutual consent, as
from the date hereof.

As witness our hands this 10th day of June, 1873.

first call of ten shillings per share upon the
shares on the Colonial Register will be due and
payable on the first proximo, at the Bank in Auck-
land, Christchurch, Dunedin, Invercargill, Timaru,
or Wellington; and at the branches of the Union
Bank of Australia at Hokitika, Lyttelton, Napier, or
Nelson.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
-, register "The Bruce Quartz Mining Com-
pany, Limited," as a Limited Company, under the
provisions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be "The Bruce Quartz
    Mining Company, Limited."
  2. The place of operations is at Canada Reef, Table Hill,
    Tokomairiro, Otago, New Zealand.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    Milton, Tokomairiro.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is six thousand
    four hundred pounds (£6,400), in 6,400 shares of £1 each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is 6,400, being not
    less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in the
    Company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is three thousand two
    hundred (3,200).
  7. The amount already paid up is nil.
  8. The name of the Manager is Horace Lyne Squires.
  9. The names, addresses, and occupations of the share-
    holders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are
