NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels of
land hereinafter described will be brought under
the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870,"
unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or
before the 28th day of June next.
WANGANUI TOWN.---That parcel of land
known as the "Wesleyan Chapel Reserve," contain-
ing 1 rood, and having a frontage of 100 links to St.
Hill Street and 250 links to Ridgway Street.-

unless caveat in the meantime be lodged forbidding
the same.

of Section numbered 451, in the Town of Blenheim.
Bounded--on the North, 17 feet 6 inches, by a right
of way 20 feet wide, reserved out of the subdivision
of Sections 450 and 451; on the East by Lot 2, in
the possession of Frederick Tuemmel; on the South
by Alfred Street, 32 feet; and on the West by a
