of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand,
do hereby authorize the sale of the land described in
the Schedule hereto to Charles Morton Ollivier, at
the rate of ten shillings per acre.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the County of Westland,
containing by admeasurement two thousand acres,
more or less, situate in the Grey District, and
bounded on the Northward by the Crooked River;
on the Eastward by Bell Hill Road; on the South-
ward by a straight line at right-angles to Bell Hill
Road; and on the Westward by the Poerua or right-
hand branch of the Crooked River. Subject to
necessary reserves and gold workings.
