DISSOLUTION OF COPARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the Copartnership
hitherto existing between James McConnell,
William John McIlroy, and James McNeight Watt,
trading as Pork Curing and Produce Merchants, at
Christchurch, in the Province of Canterbury, under
the style or firm of "McConnell and Company," was
dissolved on the 1st day of April instant, by effluxion
of time.
The new firm of McConnell and Company, consti-
tuted as hereunder mentioned, will receive and dis-
charge the debts due to and the liabilities owing by
the late firm.
