Now therefore, Her Majesty, by and with the
advice of Her Privy Council, and in virtue of the
authority committed to Her by the said recited Act,
doth order, and it is hereby ordered, that from
and after the twenty-eighth day of October, one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-two, the said
Act shall apply in the case of the said Treaty with the
King of the Belgians.

NOTICE is hereby given, that from and after the
first day of January, 1873, all Post Offices in
New Zealand will be closed on Sundays. When
mails arrive on Saturdays, after the ordinary hour for
closing, a delivery will be made from the window for
one hour during the same evening, and mails arriving
on Sundays will be sorted early on Monday morning,
