NOTICE is hereby given, that, in accordance with
Subsection 11 of Section 109 of "The Joint
Stock Companies Act, 1860," the following Resolution
was duly passed at a General Meeting of Shareholders
of the above Company, held at the registered office,
at 2.30 p.m., Tuesday, 17th February, 1873 :-
"That the accounts, with the Liquidator's Report,
be accepted, as they show that the affairs of the
Company have been fairly wound up."

pany," as a Limited Company, under the provisions
of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

1. The name of the Company shall be "The Energetic."
2. The place of operations is at the Rough Ridge, Naseby.

4. The nominal capital of the Company is £5,000, in 1,000
   shares of £5 each.
5. The number of shares subscribed for is 685, being not
   less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in the

7. The amount already paid up is £230.
