Inquiry respecting Missing Person.

Colonial Secretary's Office,
Wellington, 30th December, 1872.

INQUIRIES having been made respecting a
missing person named Richard Taylor, formerly
a Bandsman in the 70th Regiment, stationed in this
Colony, but who, after being discharged from the
Service, is supposed to have gone to Victoria; any
one who can give any information regarding him is
requested to communicate with this office.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same,
on or before the 15th day of February next.

Wellington, Section "482" and part "483,"
1 acre 3 roods 16 perches. Bounded-North, 360
links by 484, and 46 links by other part of 483;
North-east, 88 links and 146 links, by other part
483; South-east, 17 links by other part 483, and
197 links by a Government reserve; South, 505
links, by 481; and West, 400 links, by Wellington
Terrace. In occupation of SUSAN HOGGARD,

Part Section 625, 1 rood 1 perch. Bounded-
North-east, 173 feet 9 inches, by other part 625;
South-east, 65 feet 5 inches, by Tinakori Road;
South-west, 173 feet 9 inches, by other part 625,
called Lewisville Road; and North-west, 65 feet
5 inches, by other part 625, called Lower Terrace
Road. The south-western boundary whereof runs
parallel with and distant 33 feet 10 inches from the
south-western boundary of 625. In occupation of
