under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
on or before the 25th day of January next.

Te Awahou Block, 1 rood 24 perches. Bounded—
North 393 links, and East 114 links, by other part of
same block; on the South, 393 links, by a public
road; on the West by the Manawatu River, the
eastern boundary whereof runs parallel with and dis-
