LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels of
land hereinafter described will be brought under
the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870,"
unless caveat in the meantime be lodged forbidding
the same.

Sections one (1), Block twenty-eight (XXVIII.),
and twenty-two (22), Block twenty (XX.), both in
Town of Invercargill.

Applicant, GEORGE SAUNDERS, of Inver-
cargill, Butcher.

Caveats in each case must be lodged within one
calendar month after the gazetting of this notice.

Diagrams may be inspected at this office.

Dated this 17th day of October, 1872, at the
