IN the matter of "The Thames View Gold Mining
Company, Registered."
NOTICE is hereby given, that the Copartnership
carried on for some time past at Kaipara, by
Joseph McMullen Dargaville, George Dacre, and
Life Septimus Dacre, under the firm of "Dargaville,
Dacre, and Co.," was this day dissolved by mutual
consent, so far as regards the said George Dacre, who
retires from the said firm. The business of the said
firm will be carried on by the continuing partners,
Messrs. Joseph McMullen Dargaville and Life Septi-
mus Dacre, under the firm of "L. S. Dacre and Co.,"
who will discharge and settle all debts due to and by
the said Copartnership concern.
Dated this tenth day of May, 1872.
