T HE following Special Resolution was passed at
an Extraordinary General Meeting of Share-
holders of "The Christchurch Town Hall Company
(Limited)," convened by advertisement, and held at
Spensley's Rooms, High Street, Christchurch, on
Tuesday, the 13th day of August, 1872, at Two
o'clock p.m.:
"That the affairs of 'The Christchurch Town
Hall Company (Limited),' be forthwith wound
up voluntarily, under the provisions of 'The
Joint Stock Companies Act, 1860,' and that
Liquidators be appointed for that purpose."
