NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same,
as to Allotment 13 of Section 37, City of Auckland,
on or before 31st December, 1872, and in each other
case on or before 30th September, 1872.

Allotment 13, Section 37, Town of Auckland.-
