DAILY TELEGRAPH COMPANY, LIMITED.
NOTICE is hereby given, that at a Special General
Meeting of the above Company, duly convened
by me, and notified in the New Zealand Gazette,
which Meeting was held, pursuant to the said
Notification, at the Masonic Hall, Napier, on the
16th day of July, 1872, at 8 o'clock in the evening,
the following Resolution was carried, namely:-
"That this Meeting is of opinion that the Liqui-
dator has obtained the highest possible value for the
plant and book debts of the Company, and that the
affairs of the Company have been fairly wound up."

DISSOLUTION OF COPARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Copartnership
hitherto existing between the undersigned as
Millers and Flaxdressers, at the Milford Mills,
Temuka, in the Province of Canterbury, under the
firm of "Robert Wood and Co.," was on the 14th day
of June, 1872, dissolved by mutual consent. All
debts due to and owing by the late firm will be re-
ceived and paid by Mr. Robert Wood.
