Arney has reported that he has appointed
HOPKINS CLARKE, Esq.,
to be Revising Officer for the Electoral District of
the East Coast for the year 1872-73.

David Speedy to be Captain. Date of commission,

Joseph Hall to be Lieutenant. Date of commission,
4th September, 1871.

In the Trentham Rifle Volunteer Cadet Corps.
James Wilson to be Honorary Captain. Date of
commission, 6th December, 1871.
