"The Christchurch Town Hall Company, Limited."

The objects for which the Company is established

"The Commercial Hall," entered into on or about the
twenty-fourth day of January, one thousand eight
hundred and fifty-five, the terms and conditions
whereof are more fully declared and set forth in and
by a certain deed, being a Deed of Declaration of
Trust, dated on or about the tenth day of March,
one thousand eight hundred and fifty-seven, and
made between William Guise Brittan, Richard West-
enra, John Hall, Richard Packer, and Charles Berjeu
Fooks, therein respectively named, of the one part,
and William Wilson and Daniel Inwood, therein re-
spectively named, of the other part, and which share-
holders were afterwards intended to be formed into
a Company under the name of "The Commercial

intended as a Deed of Declaration of Trust and
Regulation, dated on or about the twenty-second day
of September, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-
four, purporting to be made between the said William
Guise Brittan, Richard Westenra, John Hall, and
