NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveats in the meantime be lodged
forbidding the same.

THOMAS CHRYSTALL, of Pukahu, Hawke's
Bay, Settler, Applicant.—30 acres, being Agricultural

ABRAHAM WOLF ABRAHAMS, of Napier,
Clothier, Applicant.—289 square yards and 7 square
